Cozmic Toyz was founded by an industry professional with over 15 years of experience working with collectors on both a retail and manufacturing level. We have suppliers and contacts all the way from California to New Zealand, which makes it possible for us to provide collectors with the most unique variety of primary and secondary market collectibles found anywhere.

Q: Are all of the items shown on your website in stock and available for immediate shipment?

A: At Cozmic Toyz we offer both current and upcoming products for sale. As is common in the collectible industry many items are Pre-Sold and solicited to customers well in advance of their actual shipping date. We do our very best to keep the most recent shipping information in the individual product descriptions and stock status is designated by the appropriate IN STOCK, PRE-ORDER, or OUT OF STOCK badges.



Q: If I wish to purchase a Pre-Order item from you will my credit card be charged when I checkout?

No, your credit card or PayPal account will not be charged until the item is in stock and ready to ship to you. However, the Yahoo E-Commerce shopping cart that we utilize does place a "temporary authorization" on your credit card for the full amount of the purchase at the time you place your order. This authorization will expire within a few days. For this reason we request that you place separate orders for In Stock and Pre-Order items.



Q: Does placing a Pre-Order through your website guarantee that I will receive the item?

We do our very best to ensure that we only take orders for as many units as we have been informed that we will receive from the manufacturer. However, if a manufacturer allocates us less units than what we requested then it may be necessary to cancel an order or order(s) for a particular item. If for any reason we need to cancel an order that you have placed with us we will notify you by phone or email as soon as possible.



Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Diner's Club. We also accept PayPal.



Q: What shipping options do you offer? Do you ship internationally and what is the cost to ship an item(s)?

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based upon the total weight of your order and the shipping method you select. You are able to view the estimated shipping charges before you submit the order and before your credit card or PayPal account are charged. Shipping costs are considered estimates, but only rarely do they ever need to be increased except in the case of over-sized or exceptionally heavy-weighted items. If there are any changes that need to be made to the shipping charges they will be communicated to and approved by you prior to billing your credit card or PayPal account.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

All orders for in stock products will be shipped within 1-3 business days from when we receive cleared payment. Pre-Order items will ship once they are received into inventory and we receive cleared payment.



Q: Can I return an item for a refund?

You may return or exchange any UNOPENED toy or collectible item purchased from us, provided we are notified of your intention to do so within 5 days of the item being delivered to you. The item being returned must be received back in our office within 10 business days from the original date of delivery to you and be shipped to us using a trackable service such as UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service.

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on any opened toys or collectibles unless the item arrives damaged.



Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If an item arrives to you damaged or defective please notify us with 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange to have the item exchanged or a refund issued (if a replacement unit is not available). Please keep the original shipping box as our carrier may need this as evidence for the insurance claim.

NOTE: We will not issue a replacement or refund if the item being returned to us shows any signs of wear, use, intentional damage, or modification.



Q: How do I check the status of my order?

Any change to your order status will be communicated via email and you can always access your order status by clicking your individual order link provided in your confirmation email.



Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?

We are required by law to collect Florida State Sales. All shipments within the state of Florida will be charged 6.5% sales tax.
